Consider this, your a parent of four sweet little angles, and you go off for your much needed — long overdue — date with your spouse. You hire a babysitter to watch over your kids. Maybe the babysitter is an an acquaintance, or someone you met at church or a community event– and you trust them with your children and your house ( with all of it’s valuables ). Should you do it? No. There are too many situations were your angels innocence could be compromised, or your goods stolen. This can happen to everyone, you are not excluded.

Find out who your babysitter really is– do a background check. The chances are good that there is nothing wronh, so instead of worrying about your daughter you could focus on your wife or husband. So let’s rewind and instead you are looking for that special person in your life. You know the one that you’ll marry, and have kids with. Ok, now lets say your an employer and you need a new employee — do a background check. Do you really want to hire someone who has been in jail for several years? Perhaps he could start a fight or steal some valuables from the offices, or perhaps threaten you and your family. Play it safe, know who your going to hire.

One final example, let’s say you have a teenage daughter who is dating a guy whom you don’t like, because he looks questionable. You don’t want your daughter hanging out with him because this “dude” is really questionable. Go ahead, do a criminal background check. You’ll find all his dirty laundry and will then be justified in kicking him out of your daughters life.
