DON'T care about their service providers. If you want to see some opinions from that perspective, do a search for Elance at my blog. Prepare to have your eyes opened ... and I've had more horror stories since then. Oh, and for the record, I have been a service provider at Elance for almost 10 years and have raked in well over $100,000 there, almost 10% of which they've pocketed.
